Third party platforms will store information to which we have access in line with their privacy notices, which you should ensure you read.Sales: most of our sales come through third party platforms, but where we need to deal directly with you, we will keep your details for up to three years after your purchase, which we anticipate will be enough time to link any past orders with any new orders you might make.Email newsletters: we use a third party platform (Mailer Lite) to manage our email newsletters, so again please make sure you read their privacy notice. Every email we send has an option to unsubscribe so on that basis we don’t intend to delete your information unless you choose to unsubscribe. That said, we will maintain good data hygiene so if, for example, we get repeated bouncebacks from the email address we hold for you we will delete your whole record.Queries, complaints or claims: we will keep your information for up to two years after the query, complaint or claim is resolved.
